Vendor BIOS:

Mile High Fungi Denver CO

Mile High Fungi LLC was established in 2014 by Michael and Liz Nail. With backgrounds in sustainable agriculture and home construction, we decided to combine our skills and build a mushroom farm from the ground up. Our little mushroom farm has a humble beginning. We got our start in Denver using the Cottage Food Act to operate out of our small home and two shipping containers in our backyard. Now, we are nearing completion on the build out of our new 2,400 sq. ft. facility and future homestead near Conifer, CO. We look forward to serving you now and into the future!

Colorado Craft Butchers is a small meat processor and distributor, focused on working with small farms and ranches in the Denver area. We work with 100% Wagyu beef and Heritage breed pigs to bring you the best steaks, chops, burger, and hand-made sausages in Colorado.

Raleigh Street Bakery is an artisan bread bakery in the Berkeley/Regis neighborhood that operates under Colorado’s cottage food law. This allows you to purchase delicious artisan bread, directly from me, your neighbor. All of the breads are naturally leavened and made with locally sourced organic ingredients.

Pablo's Coffee

Pablo’s Coffee is a locally owned coffee procurer based in Denver, CO, practicing responsible fair trade methods and local community outreach programs.

Saint Killians Cheese Shop

St. Kilian’s has been serving the Denver Highland’s since 2001, offering a wide variety of regional and local products including artisanal cheeses and high quality epicurean essentials. Owners Jon Marsh and Veronica Martinez took over in 2011 and are proud continue the long tradition of sharing a passion for food with the Denver community.

Harp and Cal Baking Company operates under Colorado’s cottage food law. After years of education and hands-on experience, Angelica created her own business out of her love for baking. Combining her experiences working in large scale hotels and fine dining restaurants, she specializes in baking an array of high quality goods!

Locally grown from a passion for sustainability and commitment to harvesting the finest organically-grown microgreens. Emerald Gardens was established with a mission to cultivate, engage, and transform communities throughout the Denver/Boulder area.
