Colorado Craft Butchers was born out of the intention to offer nose-to-tail, sustainable meat sourcing. Working with small farms and ranches, the focus is on bridging the gap between farmers and consumers. Colorado Craft Butchers offers Wagyu beef and heritage breed pork, customizing cuts and recipes to suit our customers’ needs. https://www.cocraftbutchers.com/

Raleigh Street Bakery operates under Colorado’s cottage food law. This means consumers can purchase delicious artisan bread, directly from their neighbor. All of Dave’s bread is sourdough, using freshly house-milled flour and organic ingredients. Every loaf is delicately hand crafted and then baked in a home hearth oven. http://raleighstreetbakery.com/
