MEET THE VENDORS

Colorado Craft Butchers was born out of the intention to offer nose-to-tail, sustainable meat sourcing. Working with small farms and ranches, the focus is on bridging the gap between farmers and consumers. Colorado Craft Butchers offers Wagyu beef and heritage breed pork, customizing cuts and recipes to suit our customers’ needs. https://www.cocraftbutchers.com/

Raleigh Street Bakery operates under Colorado’s cottage food law. This means consumers can purchase delicious artisan bread, directly from their neighbor. All of Dave’s bread is sourdough, using freshly house-milled flour and organic ingredients. Every loaf is delicately hand crafted and then baked in a home hearth oven. http://raleighstreetbakery.com/

Saint Killians Cheese Shop

St. Kilian’s has been serving the Denver Highland’s since 2001, offering a wide variety of regional and local products including artisanal cheeses and high quality epicurean essentials. Under new management since 2011, Jon and Veronica are proud to continue the long tradition of sharing a passion for food with the Denver community. https://stkilianscheeseshop.com

Infinite Harvest is an indoor hydroponic vertical farm located in Lakewood, Colorado. Through our unique growing system we provide fresh and nutritious produce year-round that is consistent in flavor and superior in quality, all grown with little environmental impact. We provide local, farm fresh and high-quality produce to restaurants, grocers and households at any time of the year. We use non-GMO seeds, advanced hydroponic technology, water recycling, and composting. This means no harmful chemicals, less water waste, and less environmental impact.

Our priority is flavor. Period. At Skyline Fermented Foods, we genuinely believe our food is your fuel. We have beautifully crafted fermented foods which deliver unique experiences to pair with your everyday meals. We believe blends of ingredients and cuisines from around the globe create unique experiences. Our passion is to deliver a thoughtfully balanced, healthy and exceptional experience to fermented foods.

We’re a seasonal mushroom farm, operating May – December, serving local markets, CSAs and farm-to-table restaurants. With humble beginnings in the heart of Denver, we’ve upscaled and moved our production to Conifer, CO, enabling us to sustainably serve our community. https://www.milehighfungi.com/
