Welcome to the second half of the spring installment of our Community Supported Artisans (CSA)! The purpose of our CSA is to provide participants with the wares of small local craft businesses in one incredible weekly package for 4 weeks. Our local artisans all bring wonderful levels of craftmanship and creativity to what we consider to be one of the most unique CSA’s in the country!

Here’s How it Works

Every Monday for four weeks from June 15 through July 6, come to the taproom to receive an assortment of goods from NINE local artisans.


*Total cost for 4-week, all 9 vendors: $388

*Weekly price breakdown: $94/week

*Options available for Vegetarian and Vegan dietary restrictions

*Pick up on Mondays at Call to Arms Brewing Company from 4–7 PM

  • This CSA is designed for two (2) people.
  • Pickups will take place every Monday for 4 weeks, beginning June 15 until July 6.
  • The cost for the four (4) weeks is $388 (vegetarian, $296 // vegan, $208).
  • Pick up is every Monday at Call to Arms Brewing Company from 4 – 7pm. You may pick up after 7pm on Mondays until we close at 10pm, but the vendors will only be present until 7pm. If you are unable to make it on any particular Monday, please arrange for a friend or family member to pick up your CSA allotment. For those of you who can’t make Monday work in any way, we can only keep your goods refrigerated in our cooler through the close of the following day (Tuesday). Space is tight in there!
  • Please bring a reusable grocery bag (preferably insulated), box, or small cooler to carry your goodies out.
  • The CSA will be capped at 50 participants, so sign up quickly!
  • Last day to sign up is Wednesday, June 10th.

What’s Included?

  1. Beer: Choose two 32oz Crowlers to be filled with any of Call to Arms Brewing Company’s current Core beers or other seasonal small batch offerings.
  2. Meat: Colorado Craft Butchers will provide the perfect selection of pork, beef, and/or sausage for your grill, smoker, or crock pot.
  3. Bread: Raleigh Street Bakery’s weekly offering will be one full loaf of sourdough bread. Each loaf can include different combinations of organic flours, grains, seeds, and dried fruit. Harp and Cal Baking Company will provide decadent breakfast pastries and sweets on a bi-weekly basis.
  4. Savory: Pablo’s Coffee will contribute a pound of house-roasted coffee on a biweekly basis.
  5. Farm: Mile High Fungi will bring you farm grown and foraged mushrooms, S & P Farm provides nutritious greens and vegetables, and Croft Family Farm offers farm-fresh eggs from responsibly raised chickens.
  6. Dairy: St. Kilian’s Cheese Shop provides delicious cheeses, charcuterie meats, and vinaigrettes/oils that are sure to compliment your favorite dishes.


Mile High Fungi Denver CO

Mile High Fungi LLC, established in 2014, backgrounds in sustainable agriculture and home construction. Now, nearing completion on a new 2,400 square foot facility, they offer a wide range of propagated and foraged mushroom varieties. https://www.milehighfungi.com/

Colorado Craft Butchers was born out of the intention to offer nose-to-tail, sustainable meat sourcing. Working with small farms and ranches, the focus is on bridging the gap between farmers and consumers. Colorado Craft Butchers offers Wagyu beef and heritage breed pork, customizing cuts and recipes to suit our customers’ needs. https://www.cocraftbutchers.com/

Raleigh Street Bakery operates under Colorado’s cottage food law. This means consumers can purchase delicious artisan bread, directly from their neighbor. All of Dave’s bread is sourdough, using freshly house-milled flour and organic ingredients. Pablo's Coffee

Pablo’s Coffee takes pride in creating the best variety of blends and single origins roast beans for their customers. Roasters source only quality green beans then develop the perfect roast profile to reveal the nuances of each coffee. Saint Killians Cheese Shop

St. Kilian’s has been serving the Denver Highland’s since 2001, offering a wide variety of regional and local products including artisanal cheeses and high quality epicurean essentials. Harp and Cal Baking Company operates under Colorado’s cottage food law. After years of education and hands-on experience, Angelica created her own business out of her love for baking. S and P Farm was founded in 2018 as a result of a passion for growing fresh fruit and vegetables. What started as a backyard garden with a little extra produce has turned into a humble farming operation covering over two acres- with room to growhttps://www.sandpfarmcolorado.com/

Located in Northern Colorado, Croft Family Farm is a true family operated organic farm. With a tremendously wide array of herbs, vegetables and livestock options, the farm grows only pure, healthy food.
