Welcome to the fall installment of our Community Supported Artisans (CSA)! The purpose of our CSA is to provide participants with the wares of small local craft businesses in one incredible weekly package for 4 or 8 weeks. Our local artisans all bring wonderful levels of craftmanship and creativity to what we consider to be one of the most unique CSA’s in the country!

Here’s How it Works

Every TUESDAY for 4 weeks from November 24 through December 15, come to the taproom to receive an assortment of goods from SEVEN local artisans.


*Total cost for 4 weeks, all five vendors: $283

*Weekly price breakdown: $71/week

*Options available for Vegetarian and Vegan dietary restrictions

*Pick up on TUESDAYS at Call to Arms Brewing Company from 4–7 PM

  • This CSA is designed for two (2) people.
  • Pickups will take place every TUESDAY for 4 weeks, beginning November 24 through December 15.
  • The cost for the four (4) weeks is $283 (vegetarian, $188 // vegan, $188).
  • Pick up is every Tuesday at Call to Arms Brewing Company from 4 – 7pm. If you are unable to make it on any particular Tuesday, please arrange for a friend or family member to pick up your CSA allotment. For those of you who can’t make a particular Tuesday work in any way, we can only keep your goods refrigerated in our cooler through the close of the following day (Wednesday). Space is tight in there!
  • Please bring a reusable grocery bag (preferably insulated), box, or small cooler to carry your goodies out.
  • Limited availability, so sign up quickly!
  • Last day to sign up is Saturday, November 21st.

What’s Included?

  1. Beer: Choose two 32oz Crowlers to be filled with any of Call to Arms Brewing Company’s current Core beers or other seasonal small batch offerings. 6-packs of 12oz cans are sometimes available as a beer option, too.
  2. Meat: Colorado Craft Butchers will provide the perfect selection of pork, beef, and/or sausage for your grill, smoker, or crock pot.
  3. Bread: Raleigh Street Bakery’s weekly offering will be one full loaf of sourdough bread. Each loaf can include different combinations of organic flours, grains, seeds, and dried fruit.
  4. Farm: Every week, Infinite Harvest’s weekly offering will include heads of lettuce and microgreens. Every other week, Mile High Fungi’s offering will include a variety of fresh and dried mushrooms.
  5. Dairy: Every other week, St. Kilian’s Cheese Shop provides delicious cheeses, charcuterie meats, and vinaigrettes/oils that are sure to compliment your favorite dishes.
  6. Hot Sauce: Skyline Fermented Foods will offer one unique bottle of hand-crafted fermented hot sauce.


Colorado Craft Butchers was born out of the intention to offer nose-to-tail, sustainable meat sourcing. Working with small farms and ranches, the focus is on bridging the gap between farmers and consumers. Raleigh Street Bakery operates under Colorado’s cottage food law. This means consumers can purchase delicious artisan bread, directly from their neighbor. All of Dave’s bread is sourdough, using freshly house-milled flour and organic ingredients. Saint Killians Cheese Shop

St. Kilian’s has been serving the Denver Highland’s since 2001, offering a wide variety of regional and local products including artisanal cheeses and high quality epicurean essentials. Infinite Harvest is an indoor hydroponic vertical farm located in Lakewood, Colorado. Through our unique growing system we provide fresh and nutritious produce year-round that is consistent in flavor and superior in quality, all grown with little environmental impact.
