THE TAPROOM ~ The taproom captures the spirit of Old World meets New World. With a timeless decor, our English pub-inspired taproom features a grand handcrafted wood bar, exposed brick walls, three floor-to-ceiling garage doors, a shuffleboard table, and all kinds of cozy spots where you can enjoy your pint. Complete with huge community-style picnic tables and Edison-style string lights, our large dog-friendly patio has sun sails and misters to keep you cool in the Colorado sunshine. Whatever the season, we hope you feel like sticking around awhile!
OUR BEERS ~ Since opening, our goal has always been to produce a diverse selection of beers with the utmost emphasis placed on quality. We brew everything from lagers to sours with a smattering of everything in between. With 14 taps, our tapwall is almost always full and captures a huge range of styles. Our Core Beers, which we have on tap most of the time, include our Denver Kolsch, Session IPA, CTA IPA, Oatmeal Porter, Tart Blonde Ale, Dark Czech Lager, and of course our refreshing Domestic Lager. Also expect to see a handful of hoppy and dark beers on our list, and even some barrel-aged wild and sour projects from our beloved Carriage House Series.
All of our beers are Gluten Reduced unless otherwise noted on our menu. Check the continually updated list below to see what you might want to enjoy when you get here!
THE CARRIAGE HOUSE SERIES ~ Be on the lookout for our Carriage House Series bottle releases, featuring our unique barrel-aged wild and sour projects! These have always been some of our favorite beers to craft…and drink. Bottle releases take place out of the taproom about a dozen times per year. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for release dates.
TO-GO BEER ~ With the exception of our specialty and extremely limited offerings, all of our beers are available to go in 32oz Crowlers and Growlers. You are welcome to bring in your own clean glass Growlers for us to fill or we have our own available for you to purchase, as well.
PARKING ~ We only have a few parking spots in our actual parking lot, including one handicapped spot, but there is usually plenty of street-parking in the neighborhood. Some areas are 2-hour parking spots, so be sure to look for signs. And be aware that we are located directly next door to the fire station, so be sure not to park in marked fire lanes.
KIDS ~ As a neighborhood brewery, we love having families and kiddos through the taproom! That said, we have a few policies in place to ensure the safety of your children and to maintain the general serenity of the CTA taproom. Please, keep your kids seated at your table or within your arms reach. No running in the taproom or in the hallway, and no crawling on the floor. And lastly, children are not allowed to use the shuffleboard table at any time.
FOOD ~ Feel free to come to the taproom hungry! Our building neighbor, Mas Kaos Pizzeria + Taqueria, serves their full menu to our guests. All you have to do is head over to the front bar of the restaurant, order with them and pay, and Mas Kaos will hand you a number to bring back to your table where they will deliver your food. We also offer a few local snacks in the taproom, including Kettle Head Popcorn and Morgan Handmade Ration CO-Style Potato Chips. We do not have food trucks on a regular basis, but do invite trucks to our larger events and occasionally for pop-ups.
DOGS ~ Is CTA dog-friendly? Yes! Friendly dogs are welcome on our patio, but unfortunately we are unable to invite your puppers inside the taproom, unless they are a service dog individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.
MERCH ~ Our brewery merchandise is constantly updated and changing. Depending on the season, we almost always have t-shirts, hoodies, tanks, a variety of hats, koozies, and glassware available in the taproom. We do not have an online store, but if you would like to purchase any of our merch, please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire further.
